Exchange Policy

We follow the Australian standards of customer return conditons. Returns will not b eaccepted because of 'Change of Mind'.

• We will exchange the size and style if it is within 10 days of your delivery date.
•  All items must have tags and hygiene liners in place. In original packaging.
• Due to health regulations, swimmer that are soiled , worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
• Please email us first regarding an exchange (some swimwear styles are limited edition and a guarantee of size and colour may need to be discussed).
• When exchanging the style, this can only be done once with no refunds.If size or style is not available you will be given a credit.
• All items are returned at the customers cost, we recommended a trackable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
• Products that have been customised will not be exchanged.
• Due to different qualities in computer screens some items mat appear a slighty different shade in person.
